Infrastructure Engineer (Senior)

Build the infrastructure behind CreativAI-native workflows. You'll design reliable, scalable backend systems that coordinate AI models, integrate with engineering tools, and process complex visual data at production scale.

What you'll build

  • Scalable backend systems for Visual Data + AI agentic workflows.
  • Integration layers connecting AI models with engineering tools.
  • Data processing pipelines for complex technical artifacts.
  • Event-driven architecture for workflow orchestration.
  • API and SDK surfaces for extensibility.
  • Message queuing and asynchronous processing systems.
  • Deployment and observability infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes, metrics, logging).

You're a great fit if

  • You have 10+ years of backend engineering experience (Python, FastAPI, distributed systems).
  • You understand async and concurrent programming deeply.
  • You've built event-driven systems (queues, workers, callbacks).
  • You think in systems: dependencies, workflows, bottlenecks, and failure modes.
  • You care about reliability, monitoring, and designing for scale.
  • You enjoy working Linux-first and owning infrastructure end-to-end.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and want to shape architecture from day one.
  • You have worked with orchestration tools such as Temporal, Airflow, Prefect, or Celery.

Bonus points

  • Background in multi-agent systems or distributed task coordination.
  • Experience with long-running job systems (HPC, batch, or cluster execution).
  • Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Exposure to engineering/scientific software or simulation platforms.

Machine Learning Engineer

At CreativAI, we're building AI systems that analyze massive-scale video and image data to solve real-world challenges. We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer passionate about developing production-grade computer vision and multimodal AI solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with computer vision fundamentals — object detection, image/video segmentation, tracking, and classification.
  • Experience working with video and image understanding at scale.
  • Experience building Multimodal RAG systems and working with vector databases.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to lead AI projects from ideation through production deployment.

Good to have

  • Solid software engineering skills: clean code, design patterns (e.g. factory, strategy, observer), and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with MLOps tooling: model versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD for ML pipelines.
  • Familiarity with streaming or real-time inference systems.
  • Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or agentic AI frameworks.
  • A master's degree and/or research publications in a relevant field.

Bonus points

  • Experience with large-scale data labelling pipelines and active learning.
  • Contributions to open-source ML projects or published benchmarks.
  • Background working with public sector, media/broadcast, or smart-city data.
